Payment

When booking online, the total amount for your stay and any additional services will be charged at check-out.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as MobilePay through our payment provider QuickPay. All information is encrypted and handled securely. Sverres Hotel does not at any time have access to your card details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

If cancelled in time, the paid amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 100.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the paid amount will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

We only collect and process the data necessary to manage your booking, including name, address, email, mobile number and booking details.

All information is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, except for services required to process your booking, including our booking system Suitcase and our payment provider QuickPay.

Your information will be deleted when it is no longer relevant for the handling of your booking or for accounting purposes.
